Walking Football
Our recreational Walking Football sessions are held every week on a Monday and Tuesday on the 3G at The Jakemans Community Stadium, and cost £5 per session.
Monday - for males and females aged 40 years and over. Every Monday from 7pm to 8pm. Click here to book.
Tuesday - for males and females aged 50 years and over. Every Tuesday morning from 11am to 12pm. Click here to book.
It is important to stay fit, active and healthy whatever your age. As you get older, regular exercise and playing a physical game such as walking football can help you build and improve your strength, increase your core stability, help you to lose or maintain your weight and improve your muscles. It can sometimes be hard to keep steady on your feet, but walking football can also help to improve your balance.
All of our coaches are fully qualified and have FA First Aid, DBS checked and have attended safeguarding workshops. Our coaches are all fully qualified and hold FA or UEFA coaching qualifications.
