Do you believe that you have an eye for spotting player potential?
If so, Boston United FC Academy is recruiting for several academy scouts based in/around Peterborough, focusing on the Under-12 to Under-18 age groups.
This volunteer opportunity will allow you to work within the system of a progressive local academy – enabling you to track the progress of players as they embark on their journey through the game.
Experience and qualifications are desired but not essential as successful applicants will be trained through a combination of external and in-house education.
Successful applicants will:
Be self-motivated,
Have the ability to work independently,
Have excellent people and communication skills
Understand the importance of representing BUFC in the community
An FA DBS and two references will be required to fulfil this position. Scouts will be expected to attend at least one local, youth game per weekend and will begin on a trial period of 60 days.
