We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated individuals for the following positions:
Administrator
This role will be to support the Senior Administrator in ensuring the effective administration and smooth operation of Boston United Community Foundation's systems, providing essential support across various functions, including finance, HR, football operations, and general office management including receptionist duties. This role also involves HR tasks such as staff onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives.
Competitive salary: £21,000

Football Development Coach
As a football development coach, you would support the delivery of Boston United Community Foundation’s football programmes, including After-School Clubs, Holiday Courses, Girls Football, Futsal, Walking Football, Disability Football, Veterans and Development Centres. This role will have flexible hours during term time (mainly 3pm to 9pm) and during school holidays.
Salary range: £8.60 - £15 p/h.

HAF Activities Worker – Zero Hours (School Holidays)
Our Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme is looking for enthusiastic Activities Workers to help deliver a range of engaging and inclusive activities for children and young people during school holidays. This role involves planning and leading various activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and promoting a fun and supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience working with children, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
